Use Of The Service
DIY Chatbot provides website-grounded chatbot, knowledge-base, messaging, handoff, analytics, and scheduling tools. You are responsible for the content, websites, accounts, and integrations you connect to the service.
You may not use the service to violate laws, abuse third-party platforms, send unauthorized messages, collect sensitive information without permission, or interfere with service operation.
Connected Accounts
When you connect a third-party account such as Google Calendar, WhatsApp, or Messenger, you authorize DIY Chatbot to use that connection only for the product features you enable.
For Google Calendar, the service may read FreeBusy availability and create confirmed calendar invitations with Google Meet links. You can disconnect the integration from the dashboard at any time.
Messaging Channels
When using WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, you must provide all notices, obtain all consents and opt-ins, and maintain every lawful basis required to communicate with message recipients. You may send business-initiated messages only when permitted and must use approved templates when required.
You are responsible for complying with the Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, applicable messaging windows, and anti-spam, privacy, consumer-protection, and telecommunications laws. You may not use DIY Chatbot to send unsolicited, deceptive, discriminatory, or unlawful messages.
Meta or another provider may restrict, suspend, reject, or charge for messages independently of DIY Chatbot. You are responsible for provider accounts, approvals, templates, recipient eligibility, fees, and the accuracy of connected account credentials.
Customer Conversations
You are responsible for reviewing chatbot behavior, maintaining accurate knowledge sources, and responding to handoffs or support requests from your visitors.
The service may generate AI-assisted responses from your configured knowledge sources, but you remain responsible for how the chatbot is presented and used on your website or channels.
You must provide users with an accessible privacy notice explaining how their conversation data is collected and processed, including when an AI provider processes message content to generate responses.
Availability And Changes
The service may change, pause, or remove features as the product evolves. Beta or free features may be limited or discontinued.
The service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Use of third-party APIs is also subject to those providers terms and platform policies.
