Sign in to DIY Chatbot and open Channels or Calendars. Disconnect the relevant WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Google Calendar connection to stop future access through that integration.
You may also revoke DIY Chatbot access directly from your Meta or Google account settings. Revoking provider access does not by itself delete records already stored by DIY Chatbot.
Email it.dhananjaypatel@gmail.com from the email address associated with your DIY Chatbot account. Use the subject "DIY Chatbot data deletion request" and identify the account and integration you want deleted. Do not include access tokens, passwords, or other credentials.
We may ask for additional information needed to verify account ownership. After verification, we will delete the requested account, integration credentials, and associated application data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an unresolved transaction.
We will confirm receipt and complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire under the normal retention cycle.
Deleting DIY Chatbot data does not delete messages, calendar events, or other records held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, or another connected provider. Contact those providers separately to delete data they control.
